LWSOM’s faculty are experienced five-fold ministers, teachers, and ministry leaders who have been carefully selected to impart faith, wisdom, and vision to each student. Every instructor brings real-world kingdom ministry experience into the classroom.
Dean Amir V. Rauf
LWSOM Dean / Lead Instructor
Teaches: Fundamentals Module — Fall Term
Dean Rauf is a seasoned minister of the gospel with extensive experience in five-fold ministry leadership. As LWSOM’s Dean and Lead Instructor, he oversees the program’s vision and curriculum while personally equipping students with the foundational truths of kingdom ministry.
Minister Jason Williams

Teaches: Dynamics of Ministry Module — Winter Term
Minister Williams brings over fifteen years of ministry leadership and evangelism experience. His dynamic teaching style equips students with practical skills for effective preaching, pastoral care, and outreach in the modern world.
Minister Tanzy Cullar
LWSOM Instructor
Teaches: Getting Established Module — Spring Term
Minister Cullar is passionate about helping students establish their ministries on a solid biblical foundation. She draws on years of pastoral experience to teach church operations, leadership principles, and spiritual authority.
Minister Kyle Odom
LWSOM Instructor / Missions Coordinator
Teaches: Evangelism & Missions — Spring Term
Minister Odom coordinates the school’s missions outreach and teaches evangelism strategy. With firsthand experience in domestic and international ministry, he equips students to carry the gospel beyond the walls of the local church.
